Indefinite leave to remain (‘ILR’) is a form of immigration status which has no time limit nor any conditions attached to it.
An individual can become eligible to apply for ILR in a number of different circumstances, such as completion of five years’ residence in the UK under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) or completion of 10 years’ lawful residence in the UK in a combination of different visa categories.
If you would like to discuss your eligibility for ILR, please feel free to contact us.
